About us

Dark Clawed is owned and operated by me: a professional artist named Claire. I have a background in drawing, watercolor, and I’ve been a visual art instructor for 14 years. Oh, and I love painting nails.

I have Light Elegance, Kokoist, Nail Thoughts, and Erica’s ATA certifications. I love learning about specific brands and techniques in the nail industry and I bring that content knowledge to the Dark Clawed brand.

As a 5’1” gal I had a hard time finding nails that fit. Everything was huge and overwhelming on my hands.
